SeatGuard: Guest & Access Reviews
An admin app for monday.com. See which external guests can reach which boards and docs, have board owners keep or revoke access, and trim seats and boards nobody uses.
What it does
Guest exposure
A scan lists your guests and the shareable boards and docs they can see, including docs open to everyone at the account and guests who have not been active for a while.
Access reviews
Start a campaign and each board owner gets a checklist in monday to keep or revoke every person's access. Reminders and an escalation to the admin are included.
Audit trail
Every action SeatGuard takes and every owner decision is recorded in a tamper-evident trail, with CSV and PDF evidence exports.
Seat recovery
Suggestions based on inactive members, such as changing someone to a viewer or deactivating them, with an estimate of the headroom you would have at your next renewal.
Stale boards
Boards with no recent activity are flagged. Archive them in bulk, with an optional notice to their owners first.
Admin stays in control
SeatGuard changes access, seats or boards only after an admin confirms the named people or boards, or after a board owner submits a review. Guest removals and seat changes can be undone for 10 minutes, and archived boards can be restored from monday's Archive.
Runs on monday
SeatGuard runs entirely on monday code, monday.com's own app hosting. There is no other backend, database or third-party service, and the app loads no third-party scripts or analytics. See the privacy policy for exactly what is read and stored.
Pricing
Estimates only. Billing goes through monday. The final price for your account is the one monday shows at checkout.
- $1 per seat per month before volume discounts. monday applies its own volume discounts automatically.
- Yearly billing is 18% off the monthly price (monday's fixed yearly discount).
- Accounts with up to 10 seats are free, with every feature.
- 14-day free trial with every feature.
- Larger accounts without a plan keep scans, all views, the audit trail and one access review campaign per quarter. Bulk guest removal, seat actions, archiving and CSV/PDF exports need a plan.
